Order Cook Inletkeeper's GIS Atlas on CD-ROM

Cook Inlet Keeper has harnessed the power of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for use by everyone.  GIS is computer mapping: interactive map layers with databases.   On the Cook Inlet GIS Atlas, easy to use software is combined with 125 map layers about Cook Inlet resources and human uses.  Layers such as land ownership, pollution sources, oil and gas development, a topographic map and biological information such as wetlands,  seabird colonies and anadromous fish streams can be interlayered to produced user-defined maps.  Updates to the internet and data downloads are coming soon.  All data are in ArcView shapefile format and can be transeferred from the disc to your ArcView projects.
